Scientific Program Committee - Ray Harris

RHpicture Ray Harris is Professor of Remote Sensing and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Social and Historical Sciences at University College London. He has been a lecturer at the University of Durham and has worked in management and consultancy positions in Software Sciences Limited and Logica plc. He has been active in satellite remote sensing research since 1972 and has produced two books on Earth observation data policy. He has worked with the European Commission, the European Space Agency and the US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration on data policy. He has also worked on the use of Earth observation data for agricultural monitoring in the UK and the Middle East.
